Lauren Ash Morgan, actress and a member of the SSC's board since 2011. She is the founder and co-artistic director of the recently formed theatre firm Speech of Fire. She worked as the Artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. As the artistic director of SSC She was also SSC's music supervisor, composer and the company's text instructor. Though generally leading from within the group of actors, in her final year she was the first director (and lighting designer) with SSC's King Lear.
